Brewed by atmospheric distillation using "Miyama Nishiki", a rice suitable for sake brewing, and high quality 'koganesengan' sweet potato. By using high quality rice for koji, the plump aroma and sweetness of the "Kogane Sengan" is brought out. By bottling it without filtration it has a satisfying quality.
