Kome Koji 300g
Kome koji (Rice koji) is Japanese short grain rice with and added culture. It is one of the main ingredients in shio koji which when added to other ingredients, such as meat, it breaks it down into amino acids which makes meat more tender.
The Japanese also add this to amazake, which is a cloudy sake.
