Pickling base for making kimchi.
How to make cabbage kimchi:
2 portions: 350g Chinese (Napa) Cabbage, 1/2 tsp salt, 2tbsp kimchi sauce, 1tsp sesame oil, 1tsp sugar
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares and rub in the salt. Leave for 10mins then wash off the salt. Mix the rest of the ingredients and coat the cabbage. Let it sit for at least 15-20mins before serving.
Can also be used for kimchi hot pot.
