This is the black vinegar made with traditional pot-brewed method in Fukuyama town, Kagoshima. It has been fermented and matured for over 2 year. It has a mellower and richer flavor than aged 1 year.

Kurozu Satsuma 160ml
tomato juice 800ml

Directions
Fill a bowl with tomato juice. Pour Kurozu Satsuma. Stir and pour in each glasses when ready to drink.
